Kathleen Winsor-Games is the founder of Capstone Coaching Group. As a trusted coach and advisor, she helps business owners break through barriers and take bold leaps toward their ultimate goals.


With over two decades of experience coaching business owners and executives, Kathleen’s career reflects a commitment to lifelong learning and professional development. Her seven years as an Executive Recruiter honed her skills in aligning organizational goals with leadership vision. Her consultative approach and deep understanding of client and candidate needs resulted in industry-leading retention levels and successful placements across banking, mutual funds, commercial insurance, and investment advisory sectors.


In 2003, Kathleen founded The Winsor Group, where she spent 16 years as an Executive Coach, Career Coach, and Keynote Speaker. Her work at The Winsor Group is marked by helping business owners clarify their values and strengths, positively impacting company culture, performance, and profitability. She specializes in developing agile programs that intersect business success and personal values, cultivating skills, and shifting mindsets to foster profitable businesses and fulfilling careers.


Today, with a blend of coaching, team building, training, and keynote speaking experience, Kathleen is dedicated to impacting success by combining vision, values, and strategy. Through one-on-one coaching, dynamic keynote addresses, training, and team-building workshops, she inspires and equips business owners to create success aligned with their values.
